You will play an important role in supporting their learning, development, communication and day-to-day wellbeing.The Role:Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with PMLDSupporting children with complex learning and physical needsHelping pupils engage with sensory activities and classroom learningSupporting communication and individual developmentAssisting with mobility and physical needsProviding personal care, including toileting and changing when requiredSupporting pupils with feeding and daily routines where appropriateFollowing individual care, learning and support plansWorking closely with teachers, therapists and other professionalsHelping create a safe, nurturing and inclusive environmentThe Ideal Candidate:Previous experience within PMLD, SEN, care or a similar support role is desirableComfortable providing personal care and supporting physical needsPatient, caring and resilientConfident working with pupils with complex needsAble to build positive relationships with children and young peopleStrong communication ..... full job details .....
