PMLD Teaching Assistant - Secondary Greenwich 95- 115 per day Full-Time ASAP StartWe are seeking a patient, proactive and resilient PMLD Teaching Assistant to support secondary-aged students with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties in a specialist SEND school in Greenwich.You will be helping students with complex physical, communication and sensory needs to access learning, develop independence and thrive in a nurturing environment.What you''ll be doing: 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with PMLD and complex medical needs Assisting with sensory learning, engagement and therapy-led activities Supporting personal care and safe moving and handling (training provided) Using alternative communication systems (e.g. PECs, Eye Gaze) Promoting emotional regulation and positive behaviourWhat we''re looking for: Experience with PMLD/SLD/complex needs (school or care setting) Confident with personal care and mobility support Calm, empathetic and physically active Team-Teach or similar training beneficial (or willing to complete)If you''re passionate about helping vulnerable learners achieve their fullest potential, apply today - trial days available immediately. ..... full job details .....
