PMLD Teaching Assistant – Greenwich
Salary: £85 – £110 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time | Long-term

GSL Education is searching for a dedicated PMLD Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming specialist school in Greenwich. Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support for students with PMLD on a 1:1 and small group basis.
Assist teachers with delivering differentiated lessons and activities to meet pupils’ individual needs.
Encourage independence, communication, and personal development through structured support.
Support with personal care tasks as required, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience supporting students with PMLD, SEND, or complex needs is desirable.
Compassionate, patient, and resilient approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Understanding of safeguarding and commitment to child protection practices.
