The School Specialist SEN Setting - A welcoming environment supporting pupils with a range of additional and complex needs. Supportive Team - Work alongside experienced Teaching Assistants, therapists and wider support staff to provide the best possible outcomes for pupils. Personalised Learning - The school focuses on individual needs, abilities and EHCP outcomes, ensuring every pupil receives the right support to progress. The Role Teach a small class of pupils within a specialist SEN setting. Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons based around individual needs. Support pupils with a range of SEN and complex learning needs. Develop positive relationships with pupils and create a safe, nurturing classroom environment. Work closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists and other professionals. Monitor pupil progress and contribute towards EHCP targets and reviews.
