Your Role Will Include:


  • Supporting pupils with PMLD in their learning, care routines, and daily activities
  • Assisting with personal care, feeding, and mobility needs while maintaining dignity and respect
  • Using specialist equipment and communication aids (e.g., hoists, switches, Makaton, PECS)
  • Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Working closely with teachers, therapists, and families to deliver holistic support
  • Promoting emotional wellbeing, independence, and social interaction

This Role is Ideal for Health Care Assistants Who:


  • Have experience supporting individuals with complex physical or medical needs
  • Are compassionate, patient, and committed to making a difference
  • Are comfortable with personal care and physical support tasks
