Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting pupils with PMLD in their learning, care routines, and daily activities
- Assisting with personal care, feeding, and mobility needs while maintaining dignity and respect
- Using specialist equipment and communication aids (e.g., hoists, switches, Makaton, PECS)
- Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
- Working closely with teachers, therapists, and families to deliver holistic support
- Promoting emotional wellbeing, independence, and social interaction
This Role is Ideal for Health Care Assistants Who:
- Have experience supporting individuals with complex physical or medical needs
