PMLD Teacher - SEN School - RomfordLocation: Romford, Havering, East LondonJob Title: PMLD TeacherSchool Type: SEN SchoolSalary: 200- 250 per dayStart Date: ASAPContract: Full-Time, Long-TermPMLD Teacher - Romford - QTS EssentialRemedy Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced PMLD Teacher to join a welcoming SEN school based in Romford.The school supports pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), including complex physical, sensory and communication needs.We are looking for a passionate teacher who can deliver engaging, highly differentiated lessons while creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.You MUST hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to be considered for this position. Applications without QTS will not be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver creative, sensory-based lessons tailored to pupils with PMLD.Adapt teaching approaches to meet complex learning, physical and communication needs.Develop and implement individual learning plans in line with EHCP targets.Work closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists and other specialist professionals.Support pupils with communication using approaches such as Makaton, PECS and sensory resources.Monitor and assess pupil progress using appropriate SEN assessment frameworks.Create a positive, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.Support pupils'' personal, social and emotional development.The Ideal CandidateQualified Teacher Status (QTS) - ..... full job details .....
