      <description>Location: New Malden | Salary: &amp;pound;36000 - &amp;pound;48000/annum | Type: Permanent | Lecturer - Specialist SEN (PMLD) | Kingston   We are recruiting on behalf of an Outstanding (Ofsted, April 2025) specialist college, providing high-quality education to young people and adults with a wide range of special educational needs and disabilities across London and Surrey.  Students have diverse and complex needs, including PMLD, communication and behavioural challenges, and medical needs. Each learner follows a personalised programme designed to build independence, confidence, and life skills.   The Role   We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Lecturer to deliver engaging, learner-centred teaching and lead on high-quality learning experiences. You will plan and deliver differentiated lessons, monitor progress, and support learners to achieve meaningful outcomes.
