This is a highly rewarding opportunity to support learners with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), enabling them to access education, develop communication skills, and achieve meaningful outcomes. The successful candidate will have significant experience working with learners who have complex learning difficulties, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, and complex medical needs. You will play a vital role in supporting learners'' educational, physical, emotional, and personal care needs. Key Responsibilities Provide specialist one-to-one and small group support for learners with PMLD. Support learners to engage in sensory, communication, life skills, and curriculum-based activities. Deliver high-quality personal care, ensuring dignity, respect, and wellbeing at all times. Administer medication and support learners with complex healthcare needs in accordance with individual healthcare plans. Support learners requiring PEG feeding following established protocols and training.
