As a PMLD Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual students'' needs. Support students with communication, sensory development, emotional wellbeing, independence, and engagement in learning. Assist students with accessing learning activities and developing their confidence and participation. Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to create a safe, structured, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
