Are you an experienced Private Medical Insurance (PMI) professional looking for a fully remote role where you can take ownership of your own client portfolio?This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and well-respected insurance brokerage, managing a portfolio of SME PMI clients while working remotely as part of a supportive and collaborative team.We are looking for a confident PMI Account Handler who enjoys client servicing, renewals and relationship management, and who is comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment.The OpportunityYou will manage a portfolio of approximately 100 SME PMI clients, providing professional advice and support throughout the policy lifecycle.Working closely with advisers and insurers, you will ensure clients receive a high level of service, while supporting renewal retention and ongoing policy administration.This role offers the opportunity to work fully remotely, while still being part of an experienced PMI team.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a portfolio of approximately 100 SME PMI clientsHandling policy renewals and retention negotiationsProcessing mid-term adjustments and policy amendmentsResponding to client servicing queriesLiaising with insurers and healthcare providersSupporting advisers with policy servicing and administrationMaintaining accurate client records and policy documentationIdeal CandidateExperience working within Private Medical Insurance (PMI)Background within a broker or insurer environmentExperience ..... full job details .....
