PM Shift Warehouse Manager

Are you a tenacious and motivating manager, with expereince leading large, diverse teams in a fast-paced energetic environment, looking for a new challenge?

I am looking for a-PM Shift Operations Manager (14:00-22:00)--in Coventry for a-fashion retailer, so knowledge of high-end goods, retail, ecom and distribution would be desirable.-

Knowledge of both Warehouse and Transport operations would be a distinct advantage, including inventory and returns.-

I am recruiting for a busy site, so you must be flexible in your approach and working-patterns.-

Leading and motivating teams of up to 30 - 80-people, you will ensure productivity is on target, track KPI''s, adhere to and moitor Health and Safety, among other tasks.

Salary -45 - 50k-depending on expereince, plus other great benefits.
