This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced plumbing professional who is passionate about sharing their skills and helping others develop a career in the plumbing industry.You will deliver high-quality practical and classroom-based training to learners working towards recognised plumbing qualifications, supporting them to develop the technical skills and knowledge required to succeed in the industry. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging plumbing training sessions to groups of learners and apprenticesProvide both practical workshop instruction and classroom-based theory lessonsAssess learner progress and provide constructive feedbackSupport learners in achieving industry-recognised plumbing qualificationsMaintain accurate training records and assessment documentationEnsure training is delivered in line with awarding body and health and safety requirementsContribute to the continuous improvement of training programmesRequirementsStrong industry experience as a qualified plumberRelevant plumbing qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent)A passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing new talentGood communication and organisational skillsTraining/teaching qualification or willingness to ..... full job details .....
