Plumbing Technician - NVQ Level 3 (Commercial Experience Required)

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time

About the Role:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Plumbing Technician with an NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and a strong background in commercial plumbing. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable team working on a wide range of commercial properties, delivering high-quality plumbing services in BT''s Head office in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair plumbing systems in our commercial office building.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to complete work to a high standard.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety and building regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Liaise professionally with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Support team with any other tasks or if requested by line manager.

• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
• Proven experience in commercial plumbing environments.
• Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
