This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term stability, career progression, and the chance to work with a reputable, forward-thinking organisation.Role Overview:As Plumbing Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of plumbers and multi-trade operatives delivering high-quality plumbing repairs and installations in occupied and void social housing properties. You will oversee work quality, ensure compliance with regulations, manage materials and schedules, and act as the key link between operatives, tenants, and management.Key Responsibilities:Supervise a team of directly employed plumbing operatives and subcontractors.Ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Carry out pre- and post-inspections of works, addressing any issues promptly.Provide technical support and guidance to the team on-site.Monitor health and safety compliance across all sites.Coordinate with the scheduling and management teams to ensure efficient delivery.Assist with recruitment, training, and development of operatives as needed.Liaise with residents and stakeholders to maintain high levels of customer ..... full job details .....
