This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional from either an educational or industry background looking to take the next step into management within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and develop the Plumbing curriculum area, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and assessmentSupport, coach, and performance manage a team of lecturers and assessorsDrive student achievement, retention, and progression outcomesEnsure curriculum delivery aligns with industry standards and employer needsManage resources, budgets, and workshop environments effectivelyBuild and maintain strong relationships with local employers and stakeholdersRequirementsStrong background in Plumbing (Level 3 or equivalent industry qualification)Previous experience in teaching, training, or assessing (FE experience desirable but not essential)Leadership or supervisory experience within education or industryA teaching qualification (PGCE/Cert Ed) or willingness to work towards oneAssessor/IQA qualifications (desirable)Passion for developing learners and supporting staff performanceWhat''s on OfferCompetitive salary (£47k-£51k)Generous ..... full job details .....
