This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in reactive maintenance and team leadership to step into a key operational role.You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day plumbing operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and managing a team of engineers working across occupied properties. The role requires a strong understanding of SOR (Schedule of Rates) codes and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced, reactive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support a team of plumbers and supervisors delivering reactive maintenance worksOversee daily operations to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, on time, and to required standardsMonitor performance against KPIs, SLAs, and client expectationsEnsure accurate use and application of SOR codes for all works carried outLiaise with clients, tenants, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain high satisfaction levelsConduct regular audits, toolbox talks, and performance reviewsManage resource allocation, scheduling, and workflow optimisationEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and company proceduresKey RequirementsProven experience in a Plumbing Manager or Supervisory ..... full job details .....
