The RoleDeliver engaging practical and theory-based Plumbing sessionsSupport learners across different abilities and learning needsUse current industry knowledge and practices within teachingAssess learner progress and provide constructive feedbackBuild positive relationships with learners and colleaguesMaintain high standards of safeguarding, equality and inclusion Essential RequirementsNVQ Level 3 Plumbing or equivalent recognised qualificationIndustry experience within the plumbing and heating sectorRecognised teaching qualification or willingness to work towards a PGCEEvidence of CPD and willingness to undertake further trainingExperience working with children and/or vulnerable adultsStrong communication, organisation and IT skillsAbility to build positive relationships with learnersCommitment to safeguarding and inclusive educationAbility to travel between college campuses where required DesirableNVQ Assessor or IQA AwardExperience teaching Plumbing at Levels 1, 2 and 3Experience with awarding bodies such as EAL or City and GuildsWelsh language skills Why Join Aspire People? ..... full job details .....
