This is a great opportunity for a qualified plumbing professional who is passionate about developing the next generation of skilled tradespeople.In this role, you will deliver engaging classroom and practical workshop sessions to students studying plumbing qualifications, helping them develop the technical knowledge and hands-on skills required for a successful career in the industry.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality classroom and practical plumbing lessonsTeach learners working towards plumbing qualifications (Level 1-3)Support students in developing their practical plumbing skills and industry knowledgeAssess learner progress and provide constructive feedbackMaintain accurate student records and assessment documentationEnsure teaching meets awarding body standards and health and safety requirementsSupport and motivate learners to achieve their full potentialRequirementsStrong industry experience as a qualified plumberRelevant plumbing qualification (NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent)Good communication and organisational skillsA passion for teaching and supporting learnersA teaching qualification (such as AET, PTLLS, or PGCE) is desirable but not essential, as support may be provided to gain the qualification.What We OfferSalary ..... full job details .....
