We are seeking a skilled and motivated Plumbing Lecturer to join our dynamic teaching team. You will deliver accredited Plumbing qualifications from Entry Level to Level 3 to both 14-19 learners and adults, supporting them to develop the skills and knowledge needed for progression into employment or further study.
 
What you''ll do:

• Teach and assess Plumbing qualifications in College and workplace settings.
• Design and deliver engaging, flexible training programmes that meet industry standards.
• Support learners with individual learning plans, progression, and achievement.
• Work closely with employers, awarding bodies, and internal teams to ensure compliance and high-quality delivery.

What we''re looking for:

• A recognised teaching qualification (DTTLS, PGCE or equivalent) or willingness to work towards one.
• Qualified Plumber with relevant industry experience.
• A1 Assessor Award (V1 desirable).
• Experience of developing schemes of work, assessments, and embedding e-learning.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
