Are you a plumber looking to come off the tools and take real ownership of projects, with a clear route into a senior operational role?

Do you have experience with cold water storage tank replacements and want to join a well-established, growing business where you''ll be trusted to lead workstreams, manage stakeholders and help shape a developing unit?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist environmental services business. You''ll take responsibility for scoping works, producing documentation and costing jobs, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The company are a well-backed, long-standing organisation with a strong reputation for looking after their people, retaining staff and investing in development. Due to continued growth and increasing demand, they are now expanding this business area and need someone who can step up and drive it forward.

In the role you will analyse inspection reports, scope and cost remedial plumbing works, produce RAMS and liaise with stakeholders throughout delivery, with progression available into a senior operational position.

This role would suit an experienced plumber with experience carrying out cold water storage tank replacements looking to come off the tools, develop into leadership and progress long-term with a growing team.

The Role:

• Scoping remedial plumbing works from inspection reports and site information
• Costing jobs, analysing reports and producing supporting documentation
• Producing RAMS and coordinating with internal stakeholders/administrators
• Liaising with clients and supporting delivery
• Permanent role, 39 hours per week

The Person:

• Plumbing background with Level 3 qualification
• Experience with cold water storage tank replacements
• Looking to come off the tools
