Plumbing Engineer

We are looking for a-Plumbing Engineer-who wants to work in a diverse role-where no two days are the same.
Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a-Plumbing Engineer-to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
As the-Plumbing Engineer,-you will-provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The-Plumbing Engineer,-will be responsible for:
- Carry out routine and reactive maintenance on mechanical and plumbing systems including boilers, pumps, valves, pipework, and related plant equipment.
- Install, repair, and service mechanical and plumbing components according to technical specifications and drawings.
- Diagnose faults using appropriate diagnostic tools and reference materials.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure efficient and reliable operation of systems.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with current Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of all inspections, repairs, and installations.
- Assist in planning and executing scheduled maintenance activities.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and communicate effectively with clients to ensure high service standards.
- Support commissioning and testing of mechanical and plumbing systems on-site.
- Participate in a 1-in-4 call-out rota, responding to emergency tasks as required.
To be successful for this Plumbing Engineer-role you must have:
- Level 3 qualification in Mechanical, Plumbing, or a related discipline (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in mechanical and plumbing maintenance, particularly in commercial or industrial environments.
- Strong working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and industry best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications.
- Familiarity with diagnostic and testing tools used in the trade.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to support collaboration and client interaction.
- A full UK driving licence is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to maintenance and continuous improvement.
