This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified plumbing professional who is passionate about developing the next generation of skilled tradespeople.In this role, you will work with apprentices both in the workplace and remotely, assessing their practical skills and knowledge to ensure they meet the required industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess apprentices working towards plumbing qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 and Level 3)Conduct workplace visits to observe practical skills and provide feedbackReview portfolios, evidence, and coursework to track learner progressSupport apprentices in achieving their qualifications and meeting apprenticeship standardsMaintain accurate assessment records and documentationWork closely with employers to support learner developmentEnsure all assessments meet awarding body and compliance requirementsRequirementsStrong industry experience as a qualified plumberRelevant plumbing qualification (NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent)An Assessor qualification (TAQA, CAVA, A1, or equivalent) is desirable but not essentialGood organisational and communication skillsFull UK driving licence preferred due to workplace visitsWhat We OfferSalary up to ..... full job details .....
