About The RoleDays of Working:

Monday to Friday

Additional Details:

Occasional weekend call outs

Responsibilities

Completion of PPM to all Mechanical elements of the building.

Completion of reactive tasks as required / directed

Completion of ad-hoc building services works

Completion of quoted works both inside and outside of normal working hours

Occasional report writing

Observe and comply with company Health Safety and Environmental procedures.

Be an ambassador for OCS, maintain their core values

Be an ambassador for Somerset House and interaction with public.

Carry out any further reasonable requests made by management

Skills and Experience

City and Guilds or NVQ level 3 in Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC installation and maintenance

General building skills

Prepared to work unsociable hours

Client facing - able to communicate at all levels

Trained in ACOP L8

Desirable

Multi skilled across all FM trades including building fabric and minor electrical works

Experienced in the installation of building services, specifically with all types of pipework
