The Opportunity Working within the Plumbing and Heating department, the Plumbing and Heating Manager plays an important role in driving sales, developing customer relationships and ensuring the department operates efficiently and profitably. Responsibilities: - Driving sales and identifying opportunities to increase departmental revenue and profitability - Providing customers with knowledgeable advice across a range of plumbing and heating products - Managing agreed customer pricing and ensuring commercial terms are maintained - Building and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and suppliers - Managing stock levels and carrying out regular stock checks - Ensuring the Plumbing and Heating showroom and shop floor are well presented and professionally merchandised - Processing customer orders and sales accurately, including invoicing - Maintaining high standards of health and safety across the department - Supporting the wider branch team and carrying out other reasonable duties associated ..... full job details .....
