Plumbing and Heating EngineerWe are recruiting for an experienced Plumbing and Heating Engineer to join a well-established and growing business, working across residential and light commercial properties throughout Northamptonshire.This is predominantly a maintenance and fault-finding position, so we are looking for a Plumbing and Heating Engineer with strong diagnostic skills who can assess systems logically, identify faults accurately and carry out effective repairs.As a Plumbing and Heating Engineer, you will be responsible for reactive maintenance, servicing, diagnostics and repairs across plumbing, heating and domestic gas systems.Heating work will include:Boiler diagnostics, servicing and repairsDomestic gas appliancesZone valves, pumps and expansion vesselsHeating controlsVented and unvented cylindersUnderfloor heating diagnosticsSystem pressure and water-quality issuesHeat pump diagnostics, servicing and repairsPlumbing work will include:Diagnosing and repairing leaking taps, mixers and cartridgesShower fault-finding, including thermostatic, pressure and temperature issuesToilet repairs including flush valves, inlet valves, syphons and ball valvesInvestigating visible and concealed leaksPipework alterations and remedial upgradesDiagnosing hot and cold water pressure and flow issuesClearing waste-pipe blockages to basins, showers, baths and kitchensSome installation work may occasionally be required; however, this Plumbing and Heating Engineer position is primarily ..... full job details .....
