Role DetailsJob Title: Plumbing LecturerContract: PermanentHours: 37 hours per weekSalary: £27,336 - £42,924 per annum (dependent on experience)Location: Birmingham Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging theory and practical plumbing sessions up to Level 3Teach across plumbing and renewable technology programmesPlan and develop schemes of work and learning materialsMonitor student progress and support achievement of targetsProvide academic and pastoral support to learnersComplete assessments, marking and feedback in a timely mannerMaintain accurate records including registers and ILPsContribute to quality assurance processes and continuous improvementSupport enrichment activities, work placements and curriculum development RequirementsNVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Plumbing or GasTeaching qualification (PGCE/Cert Ed) or willingness to work towardsExperience delivering training in plumbing or constructionKnowledge of renewable technologies (e.g. heat pumps, solar) desirableStrong communication and classroom management skillsEnhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain About the RoleYou will play a key role in developing ..... full job details .....
