Salary: -40,000 + Van + Fuel Card
Location: London (covering surrounding areas)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (1 Saturday per month on rota)

We are currently seeking a skilled Plumbing and Drainage Engineer to join our maintenance team. This is a full-time, permanent position covering sites in and around London.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card is essential

• Proven experience in plumbing, drainage systems, and general maintenance

• Ability to identify and fix minor issues such as leaks and repairs

• General handyman skills and maintenance knowledge

• Experience in Pre-Planned Maintenance (PPM)

• Good record-keeping of maintenance tasks and repairs

• Understanding of and adherence to health and safety regulations

• Willingness to work flexible hours and take part in weekend rota (1 Saturday/month
