This is a varied hands-on maintenance role covering planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, fault finding, servicing, installation and improvement works across a wide range of plumbing, heating, ventilation and associated mechanical systems. The successful candidate will work across academic buildings, student accommodation, halls of residence and other facilities, helping to ensure that essential building services remain safe, compliant, reliable and efficient.
