Responsibilities Bathroom fitting and refurbishment Tap changes and shower replacements Replacing radiators Diagnosing and repairing leaks Toilet and cistern repairs/replacements Wall and floor tiling Painting and decorating Patch plastering Hanging doors Lock changes and repairs Benefits 180 per day (CIS) or 39,000 per year on a permanent contract Company van and fuel card provided Overtime opportunities available No call-out rota Local work patches across Enfield and Barnet Temp ongoing and Permanent positions available Immediate interviews and starts Requirements Previous experience within Social Housing maintenance and refurbishment Relevant trade qualifications or proven experience Full UK driving licence Ability to carry out multi-trade works to a high standard Strong customer service skills and professionalism when working in occupied properties Permanent
