About the RoleOur client is a well-established building maintenance company seeking an experienced Plumber to join their growing team in the Portsmouth area.Working on a social housing contract, you will carry out reactive maintenance and planned repairs within occupied and void domestic properties. You''ll be responsible for delivering a high standard of workmanship while providing excellent customer service to tenants, must live within good travelling distance of Portsmouth and have a clean driver s license.£20.00 per hour.Temporary to permanent opportunity.Company van and fuel card provided.Uniform supplied.PAYE option available following the qualifying temporary period.Long-term work with a well-established property maintenance contractor.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out all aspects of domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance.Diagnose and repair leaks, pipework, taps, toilets, showers, baths, and sanitary ware.Complete first and second fix plumbing works.Install and replace bathroom suites where required.Carry out planned maintenance and reactive repairs.Work safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.Communicate professionally with tenants, supervisors, and colleagues.Keep accurate records of completed works.Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a clean and safe condition.Essential RequirementsProven experience as a domestic plumber.Experience working within the Social Housing or Property Maintenance sector preferred.Strong ..... full job details .....
