Workshop Recruitment is looking for experienced Plumbers to support a busy social housing maintenance contract in Fareham. Initially, you will focus on void properties, keeping travel between jobs to a minimum, before potentially moving onto day-to-day responsive repairs. This is an urgent temporary Plumber position offering a minimum of two months’ work, with the possibility of becoming permanent. Job Responsibilities Carry out domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance. Diagnose and repair leaks, pipework, taps, toilets, showers and baths. Complete first and second fix plumbing works. Install and replace bathroom suites and sanitary ware. Carry out planned maintenance and reactive repairs. Maintain accurate records of completed works.
