Think FE is working with a well-established further education college in Berkshire to recruit a Technical Tutor Plumbing to support apprentices throughout their programme and help them progress successfully towards End Point Assessment. The role is focused on coaching, mentoring and assessing Plumbing apprentices, working closely with both learners and employers to keep progress on track. The Role You ll manage a caseload of Plumbing apprentices and support them through their apprenticeship programme, including: Coaching and mentoring apprentices towards Gateway and End Point Assessment.
