This is a static site-based role responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a modern educational and research facility. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring all plumbing and mechanical systems are maintained to a high standard, supporting the safe and efficient operation of the campus. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing and associated mechanical systems. Respond to reactive maintenance tasks and plumbing repairs in a timely manner. Diagnose and rectify faults on domestic water systems, drainage systems, sanitary ware, and pipework. Carry out repairs, replacements, and minor installation works. Monitor and maintain hot and cold water systems. Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, statutory regulations, and site policies. Complete maintenance records, job sheets, and reports accurately using CAFM systems. Liaise professionally with clients, staff, subcontractors, and site stakeholders.
