Please see below details.Location: RedditchPay: 19.42 per hour (Paid weekly via umbrella)Hours: 37 HoursStart Date: ASAPDuration: 3 months (rolling contract)PlumberCarry out responsive plumbing repairs within occupied council propertiesDiagnose and repair faults to domestic plumbing systemsInstall, maintain and replace pipework, sanitary ware and associated fixturesComplete repairs to taps, toilets, sinks, baths and showersEnsure all work is completed to a high standard and right first timeMaintain accurate records of completed works using PDA systemsWork safely and efficiently whilst providing excellent customer serviceEnsure all work is carried out in line with Health and Safety regulationsRequirementsMust have proven experience carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenanceMust have experience working within a social housing or property maintenance environmentMust hold a full UK Driving LicenceAbility to work independently and manage a varied workloadStrong knowledge of Health and Safety practicesExcellent customer service and communication skillsBenefitsCompany vehicle provided for work use onlyMonday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm (37 hours per week)Weekly pay via umbrellaPlease ..... full job details .....
