What you ll be doing Carrying out multi-trade repairs, with a primary focus on plumbing, while undertaking a range of general maintenance tasks as required. Diagnosing and resolving day-to-day repairs including leaks, blockages, pipework issues, minor wall repairs, flooring repairs, tiling, and basic carpentry works. Completing repairs to kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas of customers'' homes to a high standard. Undertaking associated works such as patch plastering, sealing, decorating touch-ups, and replacing fixtures and fittings.
