This is a static, on-site position for a maintenance technician with a plumbing bias. The successful candidate will carry out planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring plumbing systems and associated building services operate safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing repairs. Diagnose faults and undertake repairs to commercial plumbing systems. Maintain taps, valves, pipework, sanitaryware and associated fittings. Carry out routine inspections and identify potential maintenance issues. Follow health and safety procedures and maintain accurate service records. Support general building maintenance duties where required.
