Plumber / Self Employed / Paid Weekly / UTR Number, Vehicle, Tools required-

Overview:

Our Client is seeking a Plumber to join our growing team. You will need to have an-NVQ L2 or CSCS Blue.-

Ideally you will also have experience in-residential/social housing properties. We are looking for a keen self-starter, with a focus on quality and in particular an excellent problem solver.

As a company they carry out planned and reactive maintenance works, along with building projects and property refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities-

• Carry out responsive repairs across social housing properties.
• Complete plumbing repairs, including taps, toilets, leaks and waste pipes.
• Undertake basic carpentry repairs to doors, locks, handles, skirting and other timber fixtures.
• Diagnose faults and ensure repairs are completed to a high standard.
• Communicate professionally with tenants and keep work areas clean and safe.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
