You will be responsible for carrying out plumbing repairs, maintenance and installations across social housing properties, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Carry out responsive plumbing repairs and planned maintenance in occupied and vacant social housing properties. Diagnose and repair plumbing faults, leaks, blockages and water supply issues. Install and repair taps, toilets, sinks, baths, showers, pipework and associated fittings. Complete minor plumbing and maintenance works as required. Attend emergency and urgent repairs when required. Work respectfully with tenants and provide a professional customer service. Complete job sheets, records and compliance documentation accurately. Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety requirements and industry standards.
