You will be responsible for carrying out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations within occupied and void social housing properties, delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Carry out reactive and planned plumbing maintenance. Diagnose and repair faults on domestic plumbing systems. Install, repair, and replace pipework, sanitary ware, taps, toilets, sinks, and showers. Complete bathroom and kitchen plumbing installations as required. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Accurately complete job reports and required documentation. Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle. Deliver professional and courteous customer service while working in tenants' homes. Comply with all health and safety regulations and company procedures.
