My client is looking for a Plumber for a role based around London Day to Day Duties Carrying out reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance in occupied residential properties Diagnosing plumbing faults and identifying effective, long-lasting solutions Achieving a high first-time fix rate and minimising repeat visits Providing excellent customer service and treating residents with courtesy and respect Using strong problem-solving skills to resolve repairs efficiently Supporting the Care Team in improving customer satisfaction and recovering existing contracts Qualifications: The following qualifications are preferred but not essential NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or an equivalent relevant qualification G3 Unvented Hot Water qualification Part P Electrical qualification For more info please apply to (url ..... full job details .....
