      <description>Location: Torquay | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Plumber  £37,000 £38,500 + Company Van + 28 Days Holiday + Benefits Servara Ltd are pleased to be partnering with a well-established and growing maintenance contractor to recruit an experienced Plumber. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive team carrying out bathroom installations, refurbishments and associated maintenance works within residential properties across South Devon. The successful Plumber will ideally be based in Exeter, Plymouth, Torbay or the surrounding areas and will cover South Devon. Plumber Duties Will Include: • Carrying out full bathroom installations within occupied and void residential properties • Removing existing bathrooms and preparing areas for refurbishment works • Fitting baths, showers, shower enclosures, toilets, basins and vanity units • Completing associated plumbing works to a high standard • Carrying out wall and floor tiling within bathrooms and wet rooms • Undertaking minor carpentry, flooring and finishing works associated with bathroom installations • Diagnosing and resolving installation issues on site • Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with customer specifications • Delivering excellent...</description>
