We are partnering with an established contractor on a high-spec commercial/residential project that demands clean installation work and high professional standards.This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified trades person who takes pride in their pipework and wants a consistent, well-paying run of local work with an organised site management team.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWorking on a fast-paced development in South Shields, you will be responsible for:1st and 2nd Fix Plumbing: Installing copper and plastic pipework, hot and cold water systems, sanitary ware, and drainage.Blueprint Accuracy: Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings to map out system installations accurately.Testing and Commissioning: Carrying out soundness tests, pressure testing installations, and identifying/rectifying any system faults.Material Management: Estimating required materials for upcoming tasks to minimise waste and avoid project delays.Safety and Quality: Adhering strictly to building regulations and site-specific health and safety policies.What We''re Looking ForBlue CSCS Card (Skilled Worker): A valid plumbing CSCS card is a mandatory requirement.Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Domestic Heating (or equivalent).Tools and Transport: ..... full job details .....
