Building Services Engineer (Plumbing Bias)Mobile Role Hemel Hempstead, South West London and Central London Salary Negotiable DOEAre you an experienced Commercial Plumbing Engineer looking for a varied mobile role with a growing Building Services business?We''re seeking a Building Services Engineer with a strong plumbing background to join our team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer who enjoys fault finding, problem solving and providing high-quality maintenance services within a professional and supportive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing and mechanical systems.Attend reactive maintenance and breakdown calls.Diagnose faults and complete repairs to plumbing and associated plant equipment.Maintain hot and cold-water systems.Service and repair pumps, valves, pipework, expansion vessels and drainage systems.Undertake minor installation and refurbishment works.Complete service reports and maintenance records accurately.Ensure all works are completed in line with health and safety regulations.Liaise professionally with clients, subcontractors and colleagues.RequirementsEssential:NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing and Heating or equivalent.Proven experience within commercial building services maintenance.Strong plumbing fault-finding and repair skills.Experience working on hot and cold-water systems.Full UK Driving ..... full job details .....
