PlumberAnnual Salary: £33,000 to £38,500Location: Mobile around North HampshireJob Type: Full-timeWe are seeking a qualified and experienced Plumber to join our Clients Property Maintenance Team, within the North Hampshire region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on the road, as it includes a company van and fuel card for business use.Day-to-day of the role:Complete plumbing repairs and maintenance jobs to properties, adhering to work schedules within the Responsive Repairs Team and elsewhere as needed.Investigate and carry out remedial works on damp and mould.Handle repairs and installations of domestic plumbing systems including sanitary ware, baths, shower trays, kitchen sinks, and associated equipment.Install new pipework and repair water mains supplies, heating system pipework, and drainage stop taps.Maintain and renew cold water storage tanks.Install and fix domestic appliances like showers and washing machines.Required Skills and Qualifications:NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing, or at least 5 years of experience in the trade.Experience working in occupied premises with excellent customer service skills.Strong health and safety knowledge and practices.Proficiency in using mobile technology such as iPads or PDAs.A current CSCS card is desirable.Must hold a full and current driving licence with a minimum of 1 year''s driving experience.This role is subject to a satisfactory licence check, essential qualifications check, and a basic DBS ..... full job details .....
