Your key responsibilities will include:Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality.Responding to reactive maintenance tasks, diagnosing and resolving issues in commercial plumbing systems.Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing fixtures, pipework, and systems.Conducting routine inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with regulations.Collaborating with team members, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to health and safety standards.QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or an equivalent qualification.Proven experience in commercial plumbing, including PPM and reactive maintenance.Strong knowledge of plumbing ..... full job details .....
