Rate: Up to £23.00ph (Personal CIS)

Location: Across South Birmingham

Hours: 40 hours per week

Nelson Permanent Placements are currently working with a market-leading Social Housing maintenance and construction contractor.

As a Plumber you will be required to work as part of the Repairs & Maintenance team. This will be working on Void & Occupied properties. Van & Fuel card will be provided.

Plumber Requirements:

• A Valid Plumbing Qualification
• 2-3 years’ experience as a Plumber (within Residential settings).
• Own tools and means of transport (Including clean driving licence)
• Basic DBS Certificate
