Plumber - Multi Trades Location : Brent Salary : Up to £38,000 If you re an experienced Plumber who can turn your hand to a range of jobs and takes pride in your work, we''d like to hear from you. As a Plumber, you ll be working in our customers'' homes carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance, delivering an exceptional customer service. What you ll be doing Carrying out multi-trade repairs, with a primary focus on plumbing, while undertaking a range of general maintenance tasks as required. Diagnosing and resolving day-to-day plumbing repairs including leaks, blockages, taps, toilets, sinks, baths, showers, pipework, waste systems and minor drainage issues. Completing plumbing repairs and associated works to kitchens, bathrooms and other areas of customers'' homes to a high standard. Undertaking associated works such as sealing, patch plastering, minor tiling, replacing fixtures and fittings, and making good after repairs. Working independently to manage your own workload while collaborating with other trades on more complex repairs and projects. Accurately recording work completed, materials used, and updating progress through work orders and reporting systems. Delivering excellent customer service and keeping residents informed throughout the repair process. Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with Hyde''s health and safety policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
