Plumber - Multi-tradeNorth and East London (Occasional South London)Up to £38,000 + Company Van and BenefitsWe are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected property maintenance contractor, supporting their long-term partnership with Southern Housing Group.This is an excellent opportunity for experienced and versatile Multi Trade Operatives to join a stable, forward-thinking organisation delivering essential repairs and maintenance services across thousands of residential properties.The RoleAs a Multi Trade Operative, you will play a key role in delivering reactive repairs and maintenance, ensuring residents live in safe, comfortable, and well-maintained homes. You will primarily cover North and East London, with occasional work in South London.Working with modern digital systems, you ll have everything you need to manage your workload efficiently and provide a first-class service to customers.Key Responsibilities Carry out a wide range of reactive maintenance and repair tasksUndertake plumbing repairs and minor installations (desirable)Complete carpentry work including repairs and basic joinery (desirable)Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairsDeliver high standards of workmanship and customer serviceWork both independently and as part of a wider teamEnsure all work complies with safety and quality standards About You Proven experience as a Multi Trader within property maintenanceWorking knowledge of plumbing and general building ..... full job details .....
