About the role-

We are currently looking for an experienced Multi that is confident in installing wet rooms for a large Social Housing Client of ours.

The Role

As a Multi-Skilled Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out wet room installations and associated adaptation works within occupied and void social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Wet room preparation and installation works
• Wall and floor tiling
• Plumbing alterations and sanitary ware installation
• Basic carpentry and joinery
• Flooring and vinyl fitting
• Plastering and making good
• Carrying out property adaptations to a high standard
• Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations
• Maintaining excellent customer service when working in residents'' homes

Requirements

• Proven experience in wet room installations and social housing projects
• Strong multi-trade background with skills across plumbing, tiling, carpentry, and general building works
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• CSCS card preferred
• DBS check may be required
