The RoleYou will be responsible for completing a variety of responsive repairs and maintenance works across residents'' homes, with plumbing as your core trade alongside general multi-trade duties.Key responsibilities will include:Carrying out responsive plumbing repairs and maintenance within social housing propertiesDiagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently and to a high standardCompleting basic carpentry, patch plastering, tiling and minor building repairsCarrying out repairs and maintenance in occupied properties while working respectfully around residentsWorking across void properties, completing repairs and making properties ready for re-letCompleting kitchen and bathroom repairs where requiredUsing handheld devices to update job information and complete work recordsMaintaining a clean, safe and professional working environmentProviding a high standard of customer service to residents About YouWe are looking for someone with a strong ..... full job details .....
